HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING AND BONUS MASSAGE
If yelling, pushing, demanding more of your body and never giving up excites you, then here is the program for you!
Using a variety of equipment and bodyweight, you will be challenged to push yourself to your limits and beyond, getting fitter and stronger each session as you maximise calorie burn in a short period of time!
Your 8-week commitment is for 2 or 3 workouts a week, for 30 minutes only - (high intensity training can only be sustained for a short period of time).
Your program will be different each time to keep your body guessing and adapting, to stimulate your mind and literally keep you on your toes!
As a bonus you will have a free 30-minute aromatherapy massage each week to put your body and mind at ease!
